Doll Furniture Company is a small family business and we don't run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts on this website. The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily send us:

- Phone calls — if you call the shop, we may write down the information you give us so we can follow up.
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, which forwards messages to our email. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Both services may log technical information (IP address, browser type) for fraud prevention.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry — that's it. We don't sell your information to anyone, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to email lists. If we follow up about a future job, we'll only do that if it's clearly related to the original inquiry.

Specific pricing for a project is provided after we've examined your piece in person or via photos. The condition of every piece of furniture is different, and we provide accurate estimates only after inspection.
Service limitations
Doll Furniture Company no longer offers on-site touch-up services or new custom-build commissions (David Shutt, our custom builder, retired in 2025). All work is performed in our shop at 400 N. Beech Street, Normal, IL.
